This smoked chili lends its fiery hand to this infused salt; the flavor is deep and rich with a nice amount of heat. It’s a fabulous addition to chili and stews, meat marinades, salsa, chicken and pork dishes. Excellent on the rim of a spicy sweet infused vodka cocktail. Medium heat.
