Exchange & Refund Policy
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. We are happy to return or exchange an item up to 10 days after you have received your order. The item must be returned in it's original condition and appropriate packaging. Please be sure to read our item descriptions for sizing recommendations and / or email us with any questions so we can help you!

To Exchange/Refund Your Order:

Just email us at hello@ancloteoa.com and we will get your exchange/refund going. When your item is received back we will process a refund to the same payment method originally used to place the order. We will not process a refund on any item received that has been worn or damaged.

Ship Times

You can expect your orders to typically ship within 1 or 2 days after purchase. We ship the best option between USPS, Fedex, and UPS so orders typically arrive within 3-5 days once shipped. Holiday ship times may take longer due to the busy season.

Stolen & Lost Orders

We are not responsible for stolen packages. Please check with your local USPS if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. Packages that are lost by USPS will be replaced after 30 days of non-movement. Please note that refunds are not issued on delivered packages that have been stolen. However, always contact us with any issue you may have with your order.
